Return Policy

Cooling-off period & returns

At Vloerenlab, standard stock products are subject to a statutory cooling-off period of
14 days after receipt of your order. Within this period, you can cancel your purchase without
giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return conditions:
- Products must be returned in undamaged, unused condition, complete and, if possible, in the
original, undamaged packaging.
- Products that are damaged, assembled or used are not eligible for
return.
- Custom-made products and special orders on request cannot be
returned. These include:
 • floors that have been specially ordered for you from the manufacturer in a different batch or series
 • floors that have been customized in terms of size, color, finish, or profile
 • skirting boards that have been ordered in a specific size or color
 • underlay or subflooring that is part of a composite purchase and
for which the corresponding flooring is retained
Return costs:
The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.
Procedure:
1) Report your return within the cooling-off period by email: support@vloerenlab.nl
2) After receiving your request, you will receive further instructions for the
return shipment by email.
3) Ensure that the products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
If we find transport damage to returned products,
(part of) the purchase price may be withheld.
Refund:
After receiving and checking the return shipment, the purchase price (excluding
shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days via the original
payment method.
If, upon inspection, the product appears to have been used, assembled, or damaged, we reserve
the right not to refund (part of) the purchase price.
