Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. For products that are made to order or have a different delivery time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €50 per order. For deliveries to Belgium, the shipping costs are €100 per order. For products with different transport costs, this will be clearly indicated in advance.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned. See our Return Policy for all details.

Each product states whether it is suitable for underfloor heating. Most of our floors are suitable for this.

We recommend ordering the following extra quantities of flooring to account for cutting and sawing losses:

- Herringbone pattern: 15% extra
- Straight plank pattern: 5% extra
- Tile pattern: 10% extra

When ordering via our website, this is automatically calculated for you based on the chosen floor type.

Yes, for many floors you can easily order a sample via the product page. Samples are free to order, with a maximum of 3 samples per order.

That depends on the status of your order. Contact us as soon as possible by email or phone, and we'll see what’s possible. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer make changes.

Your order will be securely packaged and delivered by a specialized transporter, usually on a pallet. You will receive a notification in advance about the delivery.

As soon as your order is processed and sorted, you will receive a track & trace email from us.

Yes, we can postpone the delivery by a few days or weeks upon request. Please indicate this when placing your order or contact us.

Check your order upon receipt. If there is any damage, report it immediately to the driver and take photos. Then contact us right away.

Each floor comes with maintenance advice. We recommend using special cleaning products suitable for your type of floor. Matching maintenance products can easily be ordered when choosing your floor.
